Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion “Navi News” (Preview)

At the first glance, Code Geass - Lelouch of the Rebellion appears to be a mix of teen angst, mecha, Grand Ol’ Empire, and extreme (magical?) powers. It’s the year 2017, seven years after the Britania Empire defeated Japan in a takeover war and renamed the country to Area 11. The former Japanese citizens are now known as ‘Eleven’ and dwell in poorly-lit ghettos while gigantic (solar?) panels provide abundant energy to settlements where people of the Britania Empire live.
