Rasterbation

Hmm, the photo doesn’t look too good. I might come back and update the picture later.

The above picture is a ‘rasterbation’ created by The Rasterbator, which can either be used through its website (for generating rasterbations up to 20 meters long) or downloaded for no size limits HERE.

Basically, the program takes a picture and turns it into a collection of big, fat dots, like a blown-up comic book, and the rescaled size is adjustable to anyone’s fancy. I put an approximately 10cm-by-15cm picture and enlarged it to fit on 16 sheets of paper (of which two are plain white, evidently ^^;;). Then all it took was printing out the generated .PDF file, cutting off extra margins, and taping the sheets onto my dorm wall. This is like, the poor man’s poster…definitely suitable for a poor college student like me…

Yeah, if you haven’t recognized him already, the person in the rasterbation is Ohtori Kyoya of Ouran High School Host Club fame. Kyoya-sama~♥ Too bad that my friend’s poor printer started to run out of ink on the job. I hope he doesn’t blame me if he’s unable to print a paper tonight or something. o.o
